I have been looking at Gibson Les Paul Jr's on ebay lately and there seems to only be jr's from the 1950's and Jr's from the 2000's for sale. I never see Jr's that were made in the 60's, 70's, 80's, or 90's? Did Gibson stop making them for those years or is there just not that many Jr's being sold from those years currently?

Thanks!

Ya I didn't see many either when I was buying my Juniors. I'm not really sure what the deal is. I know a lot were made in the 2000s, the new satin finished standard and the bja sig. There were a lot of specials made in the 90s. Some of them were singlecut, some of them were doublecut, some of them had 2 pups some had one.

you should buy this one if it's real. I missed it on my first search and didn't buy it. don't make the same mistake.

Good question! I've seen a couple of 80s juniors that had a TOM bridge and stop bar instead of the original wrap around. But havent seen any 70's or 90's models.

That thing is beutiful. I am so close to buying it. I have been GASING horribly for a jr for the last couple months. I cant reall afford it right now because i need to save up for my car insurance, but its calling to me:Ohno:

I asked the seller about that black scrape mark on the back of the neck, but no reply yet. If not for that i would have already bought it.

Ya man. Yuo should negotiate the price with him b/c of the mark. I'm sure he would do it.
