9 0657 The Jimmy Brown Burst- Where is it?

I started playing guitar for the first time right around the time that 9 0657 found its way into Jimmy's shop, Guitar Emporium Louisville. I saw it in person, but I was a kid into shredder guitars and didn't really appreciate what I was looking at at the time.

Within a year, I decided I wanted to be Jimmy Page and I was back in there buying a used '82 Tobacco Burst LP and wishing I could see that Burst one more time. It was gone.

Has anyone seen it in public since the '91 Dallas show?

Obviously, it is out of my league, but I sure would like to see it again or at least see some modern high resolution pictures of it.

i bought it from jimmy. i sold it to tom the next day. it was heavy. i don't know who he sold it to. i think i took the first photo of it (upper left) on BSL.

Well, given the only sightings are Dallas '91 or before, I guess we can assume it is locked away in some collectors vault, seldom to be seen again. Dirk Ziff? Japan maybe?
