Wow...amazing!
Wished I had the skills, the tools and the *heart* to do these kinds of projects.

I have to make a pick-guard. I have a small piece left, I'd better not f**k it up. The sheet material is from WD Music, I thinks it's the closest colour to vintage.

How do you cut the plastic? I have been meaning to make a back cover plate for a kit build that I have which seems to have somewhat odd dimensions for the control cavity. I was thinking of trying to cut it with my radial arm saw and using a disc sander to round the corners.

Well you need a flush cut router. I make a template to exact size, out of wood, then fix the plastic sheet, roughly cut to size. Then rip it through the router.

Drill the pilot holes. I went for Bareknuckles Blue Notes, not totally vintage correct but well regarded by P90 heads,

Pots & Grey Tiger caps in. I have loads of black sleeving for the output wire but I can't find it. Oh well, it will turn up & it's an easy fix. 50s wiring of course.
