No, just like there is a year 1 BC and a year 1 AD, but no year 0. Just like the last year of the last Millenium was 2000 NOT 1999. The last year of the 50s decade was 1960 NOT 1959. When you measure, you start with 0, when you count you start with 1.
All very valid points, but the reason I ask, is because I have 9 4000

I don't think they put a serial number on their prototypes. I could be wrong. But, the COA's on the the 50th ann. have just a serial number. I thought that the numbers from 1 to 500 would be the correct order. Does anyone own a 50th Ann. with a the last numbers reaching over 500? That would put an end to this if we knew. I have yet to see it.
