3 way switch

I have a Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Top Pro with a problematic switch. I can move the switch to treble or rhythm with and play but with won't connect both pickups in the middle position.
Where can I buy a replacement switch and what is the part number?
bought this 2015 at Christmas.

You could try and take the switch out and carefully giving the contact tabs a tweak with a pair of pliers or just replace it.

Replace it with a Switchfraft switch. They're not cheap but in terms of durability they're as good as it gets. They cost more partly because the contacts are gold plated to stave off corrosion.

Sounds like something is not connecting or is shorting out in the middle position. Have you opened the switch cavity to see if anything is touching that shouldn't be?
