2017 Les Paul Standard “T”, looking for input

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2017 Les Paul Blueberry Burst Standard “T”. I’ve done my research but just wondering what you that own them think. Thanks for your time!

I have a 2017 Standard T and I like it quite a bit. Blueberry burst is actually the finish I wanted too; it’s gorgeous. I ended up getting a different finish because the model in the store just felt and played better to me.

The pickups are a bit hotter than the usual PAF sound to my ears. The neck pickup is super warm; I love it for playing leads, and the bridge is great for 80’s and 90’s style, moderate to high gain riffing.

Dialing back on the volume a bit can easily get you into classic rock crunch territory too.

Hard to go wrong with a Standard or Traditional. Give it a go!

I had a 2017 Standard. One of the best Les Pauls that I’ve ever owned.
