Back when I joined here in 2010, I would see a few good condition JPP's sell from time to time from 5k to 5.5k. These days I see some on EBay for as high as 9-12k. Not saying that those sell for that but I'm just trying to guage the market. Some have been around here for 7k+. Reverbs price guide doesn't really have anything except the 90's Pages. I know that there are quite a few people here with their finger on the JPP pulse and can offer current market rough price estimates. For example mint, very good and player grade.

I know I one member who got a headstock repaired one for a song but that seems like a rare occurrence. The market seems to have gradually increased in the last 3 years.

You mean you haven't seen the 2004 JP signed, limited edition Les Paul painted by Tom Murphy, and owned by MLP member Eric Ernest?

Tsk, tsk. It sells for under $80K, a mere pittance in today's stratospheric guitar market.

Austin just ask John (JimmyAce).

He's all over these & is usually up to date on prices.

Cheers, Rudi.

There's an older Youtube video claiming the signed ones went for upwards of $125,000.

You are right. I was hoping he would chime in but just in case he hasn't seen this thread I sent him a PM. He has been really helpful to me before. He has owned so many Page models I should have PM'd earlier!

I have a really fine Jimmy Page Les Paul, serialized as JPP852. I think it has been played 3 times... and very gently at that. The flame is incredibly brilliant. So... what is a rough estimate of its value today?

You should start your own thread asking it's value. Right now you are buried under a 7+ year old thread and you don't need 2015 values.
