Mine says production number 349? What does the 3 mean?

I don't know, maybe it is to identify the L&M version? I Emailed Gibson, L&M and Yorkville asking about the number. Wanna bet I get three different answers, lol.

I hope someone will email me with at least something. How do you clean yours? Do you use anything special on it?

i have the same one also from L&M. Sweet guitar for the price!! (no push pull) I know I checked the Gibson website and they do not show faded Traditional. But L&M had these made for them and I believe only 200. I asked them if mine was one of those and they said no they were normal stock.

Gibson Pump Polish works well on the faded finish, without glossing it up.

Great, I will try that. I just got an Email from L&M and they sent me a PDF file on Gibson Serialization. Its a copy from Gibsons website. Serial Number Search It does say that Gibson Guitars built in Nashville have their serial numbers start at 300 or 500, ones built in Bozeman start at 001. Is this still true today?

I should add that if it is true then that explains the 3 in Sharkey007's serial number being 349 and mine being 375. His being number 49 and mine being number 75.

I haven't... just wipe it with a microfiber cloth.

It is isn't it. I've spent more time trying to figure out what I bought then I have playing it. I think its time to go plug into a amp.

I have a 2011 trad pro honey burst that cam estock with push/pull vol knobs (top hat) and 50s neck.
headstock was glossy. only back of the neck and body were satin finish.
those are great LP very thin finish that gives them a vintage look and let the wood vibrate more than on regular trad with the thicker finish.

i love mine

Thanks, I looked at the financing on it and it was going to work out to about 40 bucks every two weeks with my down payment but I didn't go that route. I put half down in cash and the other half on my credit card because I knew I would pay it off in a month or two instead of three years. I got a swag bag full of stuff too when I got it.

A solid decision. What was in the "swag bag"? (as much as I dislike their use of the word "swag")

The swag bag included a T-shirt that said Gibson month on the front in a circle and the L&M logo on the sleeve. A Gibson sticker, a polishing cloth, L&M key chain, a couple Gibson picks and a couple coupons for the L&M store. The shirt was cool but it only came in L, no XXL so the wife got it for a night shirt.

She didn't think her 1600 dollar shirt was funny either, lol.
