2004 Standard Vintage Sunburst, Fade?

If i put my Les Paul Standard out in the sun for some time, will it fade?

I know i have read some threads on here about fading, but the ones I've found weren't about Standard Les Pauls.

It's from August 2004 if that helps, in Vintage Sunburst.

Okay, thanks guys, then I know. I read something in some thread about 40 hours, I'll just have
to wait for good weather and see what happens. Or maybe I'll just drop the idea and play the guitar
