2 Brand New KISS Songs!

KISS just put up two songs from 'Monster' (coming out on the 9th) on their SoundCloud, "Long Way Down" and "All for the Love of Rock Rock & Roll". Check 'em out!

What do you guys think? "All for the Love of Rock & Roll" will take a while to grow on me - but I like "Long Way Down". The latter starts off kind of weird though, it just jumps right in - no real intro to be had.

Catchy choruses for both, though. These songs maintain some classic KISS sound, but they sound fresh. It doesn't really sound like they're trying to go back and recreate any magic, they're songs from a 2012 KISS record - and that's what they sound like. Very cool.

A KISS thread? KISS are not relevant, they do not make music nor do they play shows; and this thread, therefore, should not be on a music related forum.

With any new KISS music my expectations are low. I'm hoping to find a few good tunes on this release, but All For The Love is not one IMO. Long Way Down is not bad to be fair, but I'll take another spin of Alive! over these.

I will give Monster a proper listen when it leaks.
