Hi. A while back I posted a thread of me re building the neck angle and tenon on my 1960 classic LP... I did the paint job and everything, plus removing the black paint on the back of the body and neck, revealing the mahogany. Here's what supprised me; the body is a one piece mahogany... Isn't it suppose to be a two piece body? The guitar is from 2006...

gibby often doesn’t have a “standard” when it comes to mahogany bodies...
