I wouldn't buy anything from this dealer at any price.
Just googled London Vintage Guitars of Denmark Street and learned that the seller appears to be a reincarnation of Music Ground, so I understand your words of warning. Hope the deal on the ‘59 Custom turns out ok for whoever bought it...

Ah Richards Harrison, also owned a shop in Leeds, I remember a conversation I had with him when I was selling one on my Pagies, new nothing about him at that point. But came away feeling like he was an oily individual. Smarmy. I did not know that that london vintage is his sons. I will avoid like the plague going forwards.

The saddles on the bridge don't look original to me. They look way to sharp and pointy at the top... Like what you find on modern re-issues.

Yep convicted criminals the Harrisons are still in business, trading under non-Musicground business names in Denmark Street.
