Classic harp-guitar. Didn't actually sound all that good; the H-G wasn't perfected until the Knudsens ca. 1930. And none of Orville's oval-hole and round-hole archtops were all that good tonally either; that had to wait for Loar.

I found a guy playing one on the Yube, and thought it might be fun to post if for your thread. I'd never heard one before. There were a couple vids that didn't sound too good, but this one might be worth a listen.

Yeah but people actually like the Martin's. These Gibson harp dealio's i'm betting even during the early 1900's were a niche market.
