The Clapton-Harrison "Lucy" '57. EC recorded his parts on "While my guitar gently weeps" on this one, and it was supposedly George Harrison's favorite guitars, so much so that he made it a top priority to get it back after it was stolen. More than likely George's son owns it now.
90% of it is in the hands friends, remember that. So really we should be talking about holy grail hands. For me, it's a toss up between Jimmy Page and Jeff Beck. Give em a modern day standard and they'll make it sound like any Holy Grail LP contender. Hell give Jeff Beck a broomstick with shoe strings and he'll make it sound like a Holy Grail LP. lol
