nope.. once he started taking the guitar apart and trying to sell/ trade it off, while I was sitting here waiting for it to be returned, that was it. it is over. it is his guitar now.

ah Nic the kid was taking the pups out of the R6 and was apparently trying to sell/ trade the guitar while I had been sitting here waiting for three weeks or so for it to be returned. Once he took the parts out that was it.
No way? Really? I can't believe it that little bastard... Where was he trying to sell them?
UPDATE: The father emailed me again saying they found a guy they trust to repair the guitar and asked my to send the shipping insurance info ( already sent it once before). I have resent it and I hope this resolves this situation but honestly at this point I don't think EMS is going to do anything because the claims should have been filed when the guitar arrived, not over a month later.
Oh well I have done what I can and I hope this is finally over now.
Didn't the kid post last month saying he was having the guitar repaired and keeping it?!
