    NGD Bonamassa 58 bb

mine is very nice too, only real issues are a bit of glue where the top body binding and fretboard meet and the frets are far from polished (bending makes a loud scraping sound). Sounds great and plays great otherwise, to be honest had they charged a bit more for such a limited run instrument...

Joe Bonamassa Epiphone Les Paul Custom is coming

I believe there are few threads on this section of the forum related to this specific model and someone took a photo confirming a long neck tenon. Found it here: https://www.mylespaul.com/threads/ngd-joe-bonamassa-58-black-beauty.446311/page-2

    European Bonamassa LP Supply

Well mine arrived, brand new. Strings feel like cheese wire but it definitely sings. No buzz at all I can find on the neck yet but it's ice cold and may take some months to really setlle.

Did you get yours in Belfast? Nobody seems to sell Epis anymore. Matchetts seem to only sell Tokais now.

    European Bonamassa LP Supply

I noticed that too. Most sites suggested November as the delivery date. I am not sure whether they were damaged or all their stock was pre-ordered. Some places might only have had several in stock. They may have ordered more and the earliest is January. Late January is typically Winter...

    European Bonamassa LP Supply

Well it's on a boat from China, past South Africa and all the way up to European ports, then customs checks. I have one reserved and expecting it sometime in November, each retailer gives a different date. They just arrive when they arrive.

Bonamassa Black Beauty Review.. Great Axe!!

I wonder if I wait to next year will a BB be as good as this. They usually have a BB model in the Epiphone range, I'm just not set 100% on the yellowed binding, but Long Neck Tenon and fat neck is the selling point.

Bonamassa Black Beauty Review.. Great Axe!!

Better review in your video than professional channels and shops have done on this model. Never show off the middle position which is a unique feature.

NGD - Epiphone Les Paul Custom Joe Bonamassa Black Beauty

There is another shipment coming in Jan 2021 to Andertons UK, I guess that is the last batch they got? Anyone know how many of these that would get made in a given year? A few hundred maybe? It's not like they simple enough to make thousands.

Put a deposit on one here in the UK. Some places already sold out and not even arrived yet. Will this be worth $100,000 in 50 years?

2020 Epiphone Les Paul Custom Production Changes

I was wondering about this for all their 2020 range. The 3 pickup customs are already selling out and not in stock for several months, which could mean its a later run and likely to have changes that could be bad or good. Don't see why they let you find this our when you open the case...

    Epiphone '59 Les Paul Coming

I think it makes sense though, for mass production they can get things cheaper made. But this is Mexican Fender level prices (which don't have a case). So all that saving on manufacturing in China is giving them plenty of room to customise and make limited runs like this '59 and the Black...

    How does Epiphone do it?

I think this must be Gibson's strategy now. You can seemingly get 2 very good guitars and be happy with them rather than sitting online complaining that "real" custom shops are extortionate. And for about half the price of a Gibson LP standard? They probably can't reduce the price of their LP...

    Epiphone '59 Les Paul Coming

So can they change my guitar spec after I have it? I'd like Burstbuckers in mine.
