Okay, the first one looks like a new headstock. I can't see wings, serial, waterslide, and the logo looks wrong to me. The finish on the neck repair/replacement is pretty poor. But there is something that looks like '2'. Maybe it's a second but why sand off the serial? Stolen, maybe...
This has just cleared customs and will be delivered to me tomorrow...

It's a '99 with a Seymour Duncan JB installed in the bridge and the harness has been swapped for 500k CTS pots and Orange Drop caps.

Apologies if it's been posted before.
Sorry if this has already been posted already.
A genuine 58 Junior converted to a full-fat LP way back in the day. But metric bridge posts, funky looking tuners, TRC with Standard printed on it. There must be more wrong with it than that.
Does anyone know what's going on with this...
I've always wanted a 335 with mid-60s small block inlays and factory Bigsby but without the 'Custom Made' plaque.
And a few weeks ago I saw this 330L. Being a 330, it's hollow, but it has the small block inlays and m-o-p crown inlay on the headstock that I was after. Also it's got humbuckers...
I don't visit 'vintage' much so I don't know whether this has been posted yet, but what do you think about this...
OLD REALY NICE GIBSON LES PAUL FLAME TOP POSSIBLY A 59 / 60 0R 50'S CONVERSION, | eBay
Just ordered this CR8. It will be delivered tomorrow. It's the first flamey guitar I've had (previously solid colours or plain top). Flame or no flame, it will have a Bigsby soon. My ebony Trad is almost 10.5 lbs and I wanted something a bit lighter...

He has some gorgeous Les Pauls, and other Gibsons, for sale there.
Just off to get a lottery ticket....
I've always liked the look of plaintops (I have a plaintop Studio Deluxe already). I was just looking around, not really thinking of buying another guitar when I found this gloss R8 with factory Bigsby. Brand new but 2012 model. I didn't know whether to hold out to see if or when they would...
I've always liked the look of plaintops (I have a plaintop Studio Deluxe already). I was just looking around, not really thinking of buying another guitar when I found this gloss R8 with factory Bigsby. Brand new but obviously made last year. I didn't know whether to hold out to see if or...
I've got my Ebony Trad with Bigsby - the first Gibson I got and the reason I like Les Pauls so much. I know Bigsbys are not everyone's cup of tea, but it doesn't look as though there will be any USA production model with Bigsby for the time being. Sad times.
Maybe Gibson can put a link to...
I've just managed to get hold of an English Electronics Tonemaster guitar. I've been looking for a nice one for reasonable money for a while and then I saw this.
History lesson... National Dobro were bought out by management and renamed Valco. They produced their own range of guitars under...
This is my Studio Deluxe vintage sunburst. I have loved this guitar from day one. Versatile, nice plaintop, faux binding, zebras. This particular one sounds fantastic and almost plays itself. But it clearly had an identity crisis with that Deluxe TRC and the lack of a Bigsby.
So, everything...
