I get that. I am a house guy as well. But if you can't do the hassle of maintaining multiple properties then a condo is the answer. That being said, I am not talking about a 800 sq ft place. We looked at a couple of condo's in the Vegas area that were over 5000 sq ft and had everything.
Mostly is the operative word. Overall it is a nice car. If there wasn't anything in my garage to compare it to, I would've thought harder about flipping it. It's now in the hands of a fellow in Idaho Falls. The offer he made for it was too good to pass on and I really wasn't in love with it.
My C8 came and went. Got it in July and sold it in August. To be fair, the dealer had 3 other customers that wanted it badly. The car sold for $38 more than I paid for it. This was a review I did on it when it arrived.
