That's a classic. What's nuts is I think I actually had one of those catalogs and threw it away...but it might have been one of the 'corrected' ones.

Agreed, it's kind of 'expanded' versions.

Yeah I might do some shotgun-only matches which are a lot of fun....essentially 3G stages shotgun only. Only thing is they usually incorporate some farther buckshot targets and that's the stuff that's in shorter supply and I'm trying to conserve. Maybe they won't for these because of the times.

Did you know you can't buy a Bob Ross painting?

Was Bob Ross a navy SEAL too? Edit: https://www.military.com/veteran-jobs/career-advice/military-transition/famous-veteran-bob-ross.html

One more IDPA match - prob 130 rounds 9mm, one more 'class 3' (full/semi auto pistol caliber carbine) shoot - prob 80 rds 9mm (two short stages), and then one more steel shoot rimfire, prob 200-250 rds. Maybe one more IDPA or USPSA during winter....but otherwise I'm sitting on the ammo I have...

I was still getting Blazer Brass at around $0.17 per round before around February of this year, right before pandemic started to become real news. Also buy from TargetSports in bulk or 20 boxes at a time like you. As I said earlier, I did have a few cases at that time, but since then have...

If 1600 is all you have of it, I'd definitely keep it around even if you're reloading more. We may be looking at another year or more still. Or...maybe could use it to barter if things really go straight to hell.

When I first saw them years back, I thought they were silly. Who needs to reload their shotgun that fast? Then I started to get into competitive shooting and when it came to shotgun, I was like 'weren't there these silly speed loaders some years back?'. :p

I've see those around for a while, but not lately. Didn't realize they were allowed for 3-gun.

Yeah I should....even through I probably won't be using the skills for better part of the next year.

I withdrew from a few 3-gun matches this summer...really wanted too shoot those since I'm new to it. There are a few shotgun steel matches relatively local so I may try one, but my reloading sucks. What really stinks though is not seeing a lot of folks that you've gotten friendly with at local...

I'm shooting maybe two more matches, then shutting it down and sitting on my ammo supply until things start to hopefully change for the better, however long that will be. I had a relatively healthy stash 9mm and 5.56 before even the pandemic hit, since then bought a few cases of 9mm to...

*Mod Edit* Okay, that was Strike One... and in a two-strikes-only kind of game, no less. Please refrain from discussing partisan politics in this thread.

I think that this in particular is hitting a lot of folks extra hard because of the context of this year, and the coming dangerous winter and even the uncertainty of our political landscape.....where we feel that so many things are being taken away from us, or disintegrating before our eyes...

Wonderful solo on 'Push....'. Also wasn't until fairly recently that I realized the opening solo on 'Dirty Movies' is with a slide. He could do anything.

Fair Warning is my favorite VH album, the peak of an era in rock music that I describe as "When Van Halen ruled the world." It's like in this song they're doing Rage Against The Machine better than Rage Against The Machine would. :p Also had a track on that album titled "Unchained".....cute...
