Awesom guitar! My first Gibson was also a 2007 vintage mahogany. Amazing guitar! Wasn’t it like $1000? And it came with a hard case! Super tall frets on that thing, I love it! I wish Gibson would go back to those frets. Definitely a great first Gibson.
The Les paul body shape. It’s like a woman, lol. Beautiful curves.
I love the feel of the neck. Les Paul necks (any size) feel different to me than most other brands.
I love the history. It’s the opposite of Fenders approach. Not a modular guitar, built by non-musicians, designed by a...
I disagree. Not with snark, but with being willfully ignorant of my joke, then going on to type a paragraph about “why do like things a certain way? You should like things the way I like them!”
Then a final sentence of “I know you’re being lighthearted! Even though my entire paragraph above...
The Revstar definitely has an amazing look. I love it. I’ve been wanting a Japanese made instrument for awhile, they seem to put quality over quantity In their workmanship.
I also love the raw copper pick guard, the ohsc, and the back looks like something else!
Looking for a really nice guitar that I want to be my smoothest playing axe yet. Must have jumbo frets (not necessarily wide, just TALL) Stainless is a plus. If you have any experience with the guitars below, tell me your thoughts.
I called music man, and while they use...

That guitar has been with me through some crazy times in my life. If it was worth anything I...
What finish? MLs are my favorite guitars after les pauls. I’ve never had the balls to spend money on a USA dean.
The custom shop is putting out 100 of these “rust from hell” MLs. On pre-order now for like $4,600. Ouch. Looks great though.
here’s what I can offer:
made in Canada, black tolex case, white interior. Extremely lightweight. “Gibson USA” font. 5-latch (combo lock)
Made in USA, gold plastic, black interior, 3-latch (key lock) “Gibson” impression in the gold plastic. I rather like this case...
I’ve said it many times, DO NOT jusdge a guitar because you’ve played it off a wall at guitar center.
They are horribly setup, super dry fretboards, the necks are tacky and slow. I can only assume it’s because they sit out with no setup, in an air-condition (very dry) environment, with...
