    If the middle position isn't working, then you have a short to ground on the neck pickup side. Otherwise the neck pickup would still work in that position. Or the switch is screwed, but I would say that's less likely.

I'm in Taipei and just had to buy what I could source locally (hard to get stuff like that shipped here). It's all written in Chinese. I'm hopefully moving back to the UK this summer, so...
