Then a sorta slow heavy deal. Used my baritone for this...

I think me and my buds did good here. I'm on drums, and my amazingly talented friends are on guitar and bass. My objective here was just keep a good beat.
Yea, but its cool to look stupid. Its fun to do your thing and wear weird clothes and weird hairstyles. You only live once, why not have a rainbow Mohawk mullet with a rat tail and a suit that is opposite pattern. Be weird.

I'm a one man band. No vocals on this one, still working on that. I liked how this came out, maybe a few tweaks needed.

I wrote this about my dog. I'm not terribly comfortable singing. I tried here, watch the volume at the beginning as I shout out a rather loud "Woooo". Otherwise, I play drums, bass, guitars x2 on this one.
Ya, it's a balancing act sometimes when mixing. I'm still learning a lot, part of me is afraid of losing something in the mix so I may end up over compensating. I think you're probably right though, part of that is that I am heavy handed being and part is that I do like a blasting percussive...
Hell yeah. Good stuff again, I'm digging your riffs here.
I did this one yesterday, well I did the drums a few weeks ago and hadn't yet done anything. So I dicked around with some bass and guitar and got this, I dig it but I maybe want to re-do it. Getting the bass to record at a decent...
I have to admit....i pretty much never clean my vinyl. Hasn't really been a problem.
My only problem is the couple of really warped vinyls I've got in the mail over the years. Those has been sorta fixed after a few years of being pressed flat by the rest.
I'm dabbling with making music videos. So these are my first two attempts. Everything here is all me. Drums, bass, guitar...and then the video stuff.
Some of the transitions on this are a bit weird but sort of add to the chaotic nature of the song.
I literally put this together with...
I love the 90s
The great Girls Against Boys, totally cool 90s.
Oh wait...did I say cool 90s? This was the coolest. If you like jazz with some 90s vibes, this is the band for you. One of the best bass tones I've ever heard, and then you got sax/drums. Great trio, one of my favorite bands...
Niceeee, love your tone here man. Is that a Les Paul studio? My dad has one that looks like that from 2008 with the ebony fretboard. Bad ass guitars.
And your playing is great also, nice work. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for your videos.
So I posted in another thread without seeing this one, my bad.
The first one is called the Official because it is "Officially" the first song I ever recorded my own drums, my own bass, and guitar. This had been a goal of mine for a long time, so last year right when the world shut down I...
I mean...I use Reaper and I'm pretty happy with that. I don't gig live necessarily, but all of my recordings are done with everything miced up. I don't plug directly in and use plugins or online amp modeling stuff, everything you hear me do is miced up recordings. I like Reaper though, I feel...
Yea, I'd say a Mustang is a great first guitar. I have a 2016 MIM pawnshop, love that thing. Lightweight, fast neck, plenty of dirt, nice cleans, love them.
Plus, I think they look so damn cool. You definitely picked a winner.
