NICE!!!
The Hosco is on my ‘81 ES100. Tokai cheaped out on the bridge for the 100s. Mine had zinc saddles. Sounded really harsh in the highs.
Tried a Faber originally and didn’t care for the tone.
I really like the Hosco bridges. They sound the closest to the old ABR bridges Tokai used on their higher end guitars in the 80s. They’re equipped with brass saddles, which Gotoh doesn’t offer.
Page had a gold Tone Bender while he was in the Yardbirds. MKII enclosure, but painted gold. It is possible he used both a MKI and MKII on Little Games. Title track and Smile On Me sound like a MKI.
Both Beck and Page used a MKI Tone Bender in The Yardbirds.
The Roger Mayer Page Fuzz circuit is based off a Maestro FZ-1. The original fuzz he built for Page had a second enclosure with a separate foot switch. Page used it during his session days.

Greco’s are great. I have a ‘81 SS-700. The SS-600 would be the stop tail version.
Mint Collection are great too. Had a early 90s with P90s that I regret selling.
Your pickups are out of phase. The volume drop and increase in volume with one of the volume pots lowered, is classic out of phase behavior.
Sounds like the magnets were improperly installed in one of the pickups. You will have to flip the magnets in one of the pickups. I’m assuming Phat Cats...
Crazy and eye opening info @cooljuk ! I’ve read of so many accounts of heavy drifting with vintage Centralabs. Any idea, how far well used 50s/60s Centralabs actually drifted? I suppose there’s no way to really know, without having known the specific value of the pots when new…
He has been using a different spec wire for the past couple years. Something closer to vintage spec wire. Don’t know what that has done specifically for the tone. Most descriptions have been lacking, stating a “more vintage tone”…
Found some info on the Tokai forum. Members Reborn Old and Luis, both extremely knowledgeable, said the LS-80 came with Gotoh 57 PAFs until late ‘85.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a 57 PAF with a brass baseplate though.
