Up for grabs is my excellent example and very rare '59RI Es175.
This one is particularly light weight and plays like butter. New frets recently.
The guitar has been played and loved and shows some signs of wear but if you want a fantastic playing and sounding example this is it.
No COA...
Yes, exact thing.
The 3rd party 'referring' dude messaged me about 'Jeffy' but referring dude didn't show up in my messages.
That should have been the end right there I guess.
Tool indeed.
I spoke to him on the phone yesterday and he sent pics.
Among other things which demonstrated his lack of gear prowess he said the tele weighed 8.1 lbs with the case. I asked what the guitar weighed without the case. He said 4 pounds.
Now we know no tele weighs 4 lbs. At that...
Yup. The same thing happened to me yesterday with a member who joined 'hours ago' , HHOLAACH, suggesting I contact Jeff and providing his e-mail and phone number. Regarding my looking for a '66 tele.
Total scam.
Hard to put a price on it.
That would depend on what's original/condition.
Would like something with original pickups and under 7.3 lbs
I'm open though.
Just picked up this 2012 '59 ES330 VOS.
It'll be a couple weeks before I can get it.
Nice and minty, big neck.
Contending myself with the seller's pics until she arrives.
I had a Felder a couple years ago I bought right here on the forum.
8.1 lbs and VERY happy wood, great, great neck. I sold it to a friend and he won't sell it. I tried.
Just too much time looking on the net.
The R9 came from MGL. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. This is it. Looks totally different indoors.
