Foggy start.
Mother Nature sure has a sense of humor. Over two straight week of clear skies. The Perseids peaked last night...just after we clouded over at 11....for the duration. Another 'oh, well' moment.
Kids are still visiting......playing it by ear. No idea what's happening here.

I had a lot at the highest point of the land around the lake a long while ago. I almost built and moved there. I've spent countless weekends skiing there, hanging out, etc. One of my favorite places on earth.

I used to really anticipate going there in the Texas summer, getting on the boat, out in the middle of the lake, and then diving off the bow to at least 6 feet deep, where the water is pretty darn cold. Best relief from the Texas summer heat!
