I don't have a Jack of all trades amp, I just have 13 amps.
Only 13? (lol)

My "If you could have only ONE amp" is a Soldano SLO 30. It does all the things and it does them very well. I'm comparing it to all of my other amps including a '73 Marshall JMP 1987 Lead.

You gotta get the snakeskin Tolex, though. They sound the best.

Just wondering what folks think is a cool amp to crank their Les Paul through other than the tried and true Marshall? I have a Mesa Rectifier Head, Fender Blues Deville, Peavey Viper 2x12, And a line6 HD500x unit to go along with my JCM900 head. All serve a purpose and sound pretty snazzy to my ears.
My Fender '66 SR that I got new in '66.

+100 for a SLO

Great clean, crunch, and overdrive.

JEL 20, it's endgame for me, but it is that Marshall thing! love it every time I fire it up.

It cracks me up to think about a 12U rack setup on a desert island but my “desert island” amp would be my dual Mesa Boogie Studio Preamp setup. One setup for cleans on channel 1 and dirt on channel 2 and the second one dedicated to high gain tones.
