2010 Gibson Les Paul Trad Pro (first gen) -- Covered the (OEM) "zebra" uncovered 57/BB3 pickups with nickel covers, and added a nickel pickup-selector switch. Other than that and straplocks, it is bone stock -- a great playing guitar.

There were also questions about tonal changes due to the addition of pickup covers. If there is a difference, it is very subtle ... if any.

Beautiful man, congrats!

I’m curious what the neck profile is?

Back around that time, for a few years, Gibson had what they called a “Rounded 59” neck profile. It was kind of in between a Vintage 50 and a Slim Taper 60’s profiles. More of a C than a D shape, very comfortable, around .85 depth at the first fret.

My 2010 Trad Pro is 60s Slim Taper which is my preference. To me, that size is just normal. I don't have calipers, but the Trad Pro feels exactly like my '23 LP Std-60s. I also have a '18 LP CPP that does have the "rounded 50s" neck which, yes, is slightly bigger -- still comfortable, though, but is as big as I am willing to go (LOL). I don't like those really fat necks.

I didn’t see anything mentioned about the bridge and the tailpiece, are they already nickel or did you choose to leave them chrome?

Yeah, good question The bridge and tailpiece are both stock chrome.

Chrome will almost always shine, nickel ages much differently. You will definitely notice a difference over a certain amount of time, how much time? Who knows, it depends on so many things.
