1) Ask at the pharmacy for Fleet enema product. Comes in a bottle with a tube you can DIY in your bathroom. Works in about 5 -10 minutes usually. If 1 dose doesn't completely do the trick try a 2nd dose.
@meatball if I were in your position I'd be doing this right now.

U.S. — Toy maker Mattel has unveiled the latest in its Barbie lineup, the all-new "Ozempic Barbie" that comes with real syringes and a detachable belly for when the initially-chubby Barbie sheds that weight.

Mattel stated that children will be able to draw up liquid from a real vial and give Barbie injections, then witness the incredible transformation as they remove her massive belly.

"Kids will love joining Barbie on her weight loss journey," said Mattel CEO Kimberly Massa. "Watch their smiles as they help Barbie overcome crippling diabetes and high blood pressure. With every injection your kids give her, that morbidly obese Barbie is one step closer to her best, most beautiful self. Get an Ozempic Barbie today!"

In addition to syringes, the new Ozempic barbie will also come with a miniature tape measure so kids can quantify Barbie's amazing results. "Wow! Barbie just went from a size 20 to a size 2! Thanks, Ozempic," said a young girl in the latest commercial spot. "Oh look, now Ken is interested in her again. Yay!"

At publishing time, Mattel had announced their next toy would be "Prozac Barbie" featuring a frowning face that can be turned to be a smile after kids feed her pills.

I had the opposite experience with Ozempic. I thoroughly destroyed every toilet I came anywhere near for the entire time I was on it. Multiple times a day, every single day. You'd have thought there were shit filled explosives in my ass. I splattered places that seemed physically impossible to splatter. I'm sure I made LtDave's spidey sense tingle a few times. It was bad. Really fucking bad. :eek2:

It was bad enough to convince me to try the hail mary option of just watching what I eat and exercising more. Now I log every calorie I consume and I've been riding my bike to work a few days a week. I'm down 42 pounds since February. 25 of it lost after I stopped Ozempic.

So, I've got no advice on the constipation. Maybe try butt chugging some of those Four Locos like the college kids do. It'll clean you out and get you drunk all at once. :thumb:

Get a tub of Coconut oil. Every morning, take a tablespoon of coconut oil and swallow it. It is a paste at room temp.

How many more days is he supposed to wait?!

Usually doesn't take but a day or two... Not explosive, just lubes up the works...

Hotter'n two hells food helps too....as does nuts like almonds.... Boiled goobs can help too... May be the salt in em, dunno, but works...

Its all about your diet. I had a few training setbacks but I gained 16 pounds because i let my diet slip. I own it and offer no excuses.
I just had hand surgery so i cant train but I can walk. Tommorrow i get up and listen to a Pod cast and walk 3 miles. Im back up to 240 pds. I will drop 20 by Labor day and running another 5K by October.

Do people just read the thread title and the first sentence and think this thread is about weight loss?

Meatball asked if any of us have done an enema for constipation.

Going back to "medical advice", here's a little tip I wish I didn't know.....

When you KNOW you're in for an extended stay on the throne, and you know that stay will involve either effort OR a lot of activity....

Lube up the back door with some Preparation H. It dulls the pain and wards off some of the after-action burning/puckering you get. Wipe it in the area with some TP. You can wipe up when you're done.

I came up with this 'strategy' one day after eating a lot of spicy stuff.
Yes I could have mentioned, it's smart to be prepared for the event.
Make sure you have all the things you need within arms reach.
2 rolls of paper, at least!
Baby wipes are a good idea (just don't flush them, put em in a bag for disposal)
Vaseline or other lube to ease the burn from too much wiping etc.
A glass of drinking water and/or ginger ale or something as you may get dehydrated.
Reading material. You will be spending time in the washroom so get comfortable.
