Hello Folks!
First time here, just signed up
I'm trying to find the name of a color if an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro.
Just picked this up from Guitar Center.
They called it "Gold"
Anybody ever seen this finish before and know what it's called.
I know it's silly but i just need to know

I have no recollection of there ever being a Custom offered in gold from Epiphone. Very interesting, are there any additional photos?

These are the pics from Guitar Center. Guitar doesn't arrive until Friday this week.
Seems to be an original finish

Maybe I got lucky and it's super rare.
GC has always had exclusive colors throughout the years, this might be one of them. Certainly looks unique.

I would send your question to Gibson customer service, they'll need the serial #

As soon as it gets here, I'm putting a pair of Duncans in it. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for the ideas

You are right. Faded out TV Silver.
Bonus...i opened it up and found that the pickups are Seymour Duncans.
The pickups are worth more then I paid for the guitar.
Cleaned it up, put a new Epiphone harness in it and changed all the black plastic to cream. Kept the same style knobs just changed them for gold.
This one is going to be a forever guitar.
Funny how Guitar Center had no idea what they had.
Thanks to everyone who helped figure out what this thing was.

Very cool, I have heard of other people finding similar surprises. If I was going to get rid of an Epiphone guitar, I would pull those nice pickups out of it first, replace them the originals, or some budget models. I guess somebody was happy to let it go as is. Nice score.

I bet the tail piece on your beautiful Epi Custom was upgraded to aluminum too.

That's sweet! As much as I HATE Guitar Center, I do like the exclusive runs of guitars they get. Congrats on the SD pickups, too! That's an awesome surprise.
I just picked up aGC Exclusive myself:
