I'm a Houstonian for 60+ years, and I've been to Toyota Center once, that I can remember. It was for a concert, and that was pre-pandemic. I have no memory of the indoor climate. Which means I was very happy with it. You have to be good, or you wouldn't be there. Very major venue in the 4th largest city in America.

Curiously, I bought a guitar from the engineer at the House of Blues.

In Mexico looking at souvenirs. Trying to decide between a poncho or a penis plushie. Ah what the hell, I’ll get both.

Back on new builds. They want us on them all now. It's hard but good. We move our schedules around to make them happy. They send us 90% of our work now and give us free rent and non stop work and take no cut.

Last night. Heart was awesome. Ann's voice sounds like it did in 1980. Best female singer in rock history, if not the best voice in rock history. Nancy, at 71, is jumping around in stage like it's the 80's as well. If you get a chance to see them, I highly recommend going.

I really love the Wilson sisters.

Daughter #1's kiddies are winding up the school year. I suspect there will be grandchildren about all summer

Grandchild #2, a grandson will be arriving within the next 3 hours. I'l be heading to the hospital with 2 1/2 year old grandson #1 about an hour after his little brother is born. (Also taking his 19 year old aunt with us. She's babysitting at the moment.)

He has arrived, heading the hospital in about 1/2 hour. Grandpa for the second time.
