just had breakfast with mom's best friend and neighbor, she's off to england in a few weeks. she just turned 80, and is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet.

I’ve had malort exactly once in my life.

And that was one time too many.

Officially under contract, boo-yah.

i am banished to the garage while the cleaners are doing to place top to bottom. perfect day to be hanging in the empty garage. ok, one car and me, but otherwise baron.

topped off #2 today.




#1 has a little room, hoping to toss my sheets in there Monday morning before the cans get picked up.

then my bud gets the keys and garage openers and watches the place. then drops those off to my lawyer before the closing.

garbage called, power called. I'll stop by comcass and drop their shit off Saturday and hot spot it from there.

everything here is blooming, the grounds look insane.

after the car and cans are picked up Monday, I am off to a Lowes hotel by the airport. dinner, sleep and off to Terminal one, for the first time without a return ticket. the rest is docusign.

that floor has probably never been this clean. maybe once.

I pre-signed all my closing documents today.

thanks, i lost her to cancer in Nov last year. that crushed me bad, she was the best girl.

comes with a spot do store boats and kayaks.

It feels like it's the last week of school before summer break with one final exam left. It really does.

Did the walk thru with the buyer this morning, and it feels very surreal at this point.

They plan on adding on to it and making it a 4 or 5 bedroom home. Have at it.

Dinner tomorrow night with my closest friends/neighbors.

Man that stinks, people build the house but animals make it a home

Uhaul called, looks like a 1pm pick up for the boxes. No word on the car hauler yet.

Yeah @JTM45 they make it a home. I picked that house because of the way I could box in the backyard and give her a lot of room to run. It served its purpose very well.

It's my last night sleeping here, in my bed. tomorrow i go to a hotel by the airport.
