I ordered an Arturia Mini Lab 3 MIDI keyboard controller that I'll pick up at the store tomorrow.
Seriously considering buying a Roland AIRA Compact S-1 sequencer/sound module.

I want to noodle on keys without needing software, There are lots of budget devices, unlike the '80s when MIDI stood for Money Is Definitely Imperative.

Controller + Module + Microfreak I already have is a total outlay of US $609. Plus tax, of course.
I can't place a value on a 20 year old Keystation 88es; it was the cheapest 88 key controller you could buy but an Alesis has that position now.

EDIT 6 mos no interest direct from my bank, no CC involved. I'm gonna have a desk covered in small MIDI devices.

Severe thunderstorms rolled through west Texas in the wee hours. For the gas plants, lightning is the biggest peril.

Heavy rain causes electrical problems on equipment throughout the plant, and lightning strikes manage to start fires on gas vents and safety valves.

Came in this morning just as the night crew was catching their breath.
It’s going to be a busy day.

Did you learn that one Dav? I did it by watching the Live in '85 video. Based around a G chord played in the D shape barred at the fifth fret. Took me ages to get it right but it was a staple of my cover-band's set for years after that.
