I heard that one today at Starbucks (between a barista and customer) given a lot of companies are trying to back away from their previous all in approach.
Even my company which celebrated every day, week and month for an over-represented under-represented group of two or more with a flag hasn’t sent out the usual email with video attachments.
It turns out that many of a company’s values are only as thick as a dollar bill.
