I have acquired 4 Les Pauls in the past 2 years and sold 2 in the past 3 years. I figured I would stick a picture up here to cement the current collection with the date.

Currently ten in the collection. two Studios, one Special, one Trad Pro V, one Classic, four Standards, and one Class 5.

Feel free to post your family below.

Well three Les Paul style guitars in my possession.
In order of acquisition from left to right:
-Granada (Matsumoku made) LP copy - modded
-Gibson LP Custom (1973, was modded before I bought it, and modded more after)
-Epiphone LP Special

I'm a chump with only one Special and one little Supro amp. You guys are killing me!
Then again, I'm a crap player—just love it and enjoy the feel and stress relief it provides at the end of the day.
I didn't start out with too many guitars. It took a long time to get here. I started out with a Sears Checkmate acoustic when I was 13 years old and that guitar had the inner bracing falling out. Considering the "quality" of that guitar, it's amazing I stuck with it all these years.

I only have three guitar stands and four Les Paul’s, so I had to resort to two family photos.

I am down to four Les Pauls from six, since selling an R8 and another Custom a month ago.

Three of my four remaining Les Pauls have Ebony boards an ‘50s necks.
  • Gibson LP Studio (Alpine White & Ebony board)
  • Gibson LP ‘57 Reissue (Goldtop)
  • Gibson LPC (Ebony)
  • Epiphone Inspired by Gibson LPC (Alpine White)

It's a '07 w/ ebony board, but it's the guitar I love to hate. Sometimes I really dig it other times I'm reminded that I prefer thinner neck, the paint on the neck can get sticky, and I don't particularly like the pickups. OTOH it looks pretty cool and for what it does, it does well.

I have an identical ‘07 Studio, but I am a big fan of the ‘50’s neck.
