Morning guys. Nice start here for my stroll around the patch. Replenished the coffee supplies after a momentary panic when the local supermarket had run out, so the world is a better place again. Have a great day all.

Bill Deringer, our leader at the ROC, had 2 rules about new guy donuts. The new guy had to bring donuts his first day. The rules were, no pink and no sprinkles.

He had a like 60 gallon fish tank on a shelf behind his desk. Filled up with pink and sprinkled donuts. No telling how old some of them were, but the odd thing ... no mold ... none. WTF are donuts made of.

:laugh2:

Mr. S.W.; I was suggested by YouTube yesterday, "Drowse."

Forgot what a great song that was.

Haven't heard in decades.

Always thought that album was criminally underrated. I guess it's tough coming off the back of A Night At The Opera, but I'd happily give up a spare body part to have written something containing Tie Your Mother Down, Somebody to Love and Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy.

Good Friday morning.
Windy as hell, the trailer is shakin', the honeysuckle is doing a crazy dance in the yard and it is friggin' pouring.
Ain't much getting done today.
Think I'll drink some coffee and contemplate life.

I've just done it tough with the bread, pasta, rice and potatoes over the past year or so... every now and then I give myself permission to have some, but make sure that its a treat (like once every few months) and not a habit.
do aussie laws allow the processing like america, or do they have similar standards as most of europe?

my understanding and never been there to say first hand, but that the pastas and breads in Europe held more to the old methods and never introduced the over processed flours used in the US.

i could be wrong, but i heard on a health podcast that it's not as bad over there and you can eat more pastas and breads without the dramatic affect it has on health and weight in the US.

Happy Friday you all!
( for the benefit of our northern members) !

Coffee with no sugar kinda sucks, but I’ll get used to it.

Waiting on Sunday! Indy 500, and the coke 600 from Charlotte. And before all of that, the F1 from Monaco! That’s my favorite F1 race. Been twice and had the chance to drive the race circuit there a few times.
Unequalled eye candy in Monaco for sure!

Supposed to have thunderstorms here later, so I’ll get some outside stuff done hopefully before.
