no, i have to sell a house and buy a house before any toys enter the picture.

Try to look for a house with a metal roof.
The insurance companies down here like those, plus they last longer.
They also help with cooling since they reflect a lot of the heat.

I don't envy you. I just got over a major back ache myself. Solid 3 months then 3 more of finally getting better gradually. Being super careful. In 2 weeks I plan to be working with the construction guy to build the bathroom in the basement. Not looking forward to the ceiling sheetrock, that will be a major test.

june 9 is the last full day, that's car and cans pick up day. my flight is june 10th.

that is the plan. i'll be able to retrieve my guitars when the cans arrive in TPA, about 4-6 days after they get picked up. and they will get "delivered" when i close on a home.

you picked a good time to head down there, inventory is high and people are panicking that they won't be able to sell. Gook luck and happy house hunting.

we had our first teen takeover with the shootout finale, in march. not warm enough yet, but we're getting there. this week looks safe, that's xbox weather.



getting there on the second can. lots still to do but trying to work with the estate sales people while living here is, challenging. Jason and I will rework that container prior to sending it. that one will have the guitars.

Summer weather absolutely sucks in Chattanooga. Even the okra gets to complaining by August.

Summer in Chicago as I remember it.

Waiting through February, March and April for summer. Waiting through May for summer. Half of June might be nice but if you're working expect it to rain on the weekends. July is mostly summer especially for the mosquitos. August can be friggin' hot and humid and even more mosquitos. September the days get shorter and even with decent weather it doesn't feel like summer anymore.
