Nearly everyone who says they like liver will tell you how they like it prepared. It's almost always fried and almost always buried with gravy and or onions. If you can't taste it it makes it a little easier to eat I guess.

This is what I meant by "sneaking up on you" with it. They have to fk'n put it in costume. Smother it with this, gravy that..
They also won't announce it. With steaks, it's "we got steaks on the grill!"
