Seriously? What is going on with this band? Was Taylor the only thing keeping Dave from being an unhinged lunatic?

Say what you want about the band, their live shows are epic, and Josh Freese is about the best drummer to sit behind a kit this day in age. Maybe he called Dave out on being a scumbag husband and father.

Dave needs a sherpa to guide his drama llama.

I feel like he’s coming out ahead.

It's a long road to ruin.

Where's his baby mama?

Dave wants to be the only drummer,.. his way or the highway.

From the little bit I saw, I would say Josh was just an all-around better musician than Taylor, the best drummer they’ve had. Personalities matter, though, and I never had the feeling that he was warmly accepted as a member of the family. Also, as stated above, Dave Knows exactly what he wants, and it has to work for him. The last couple of albums from them haven’t really done much for me anyway, I think the magic is largely gone.

Losing a band member is tragic for most bands and I don’t think a whole bunch of them have the ability to recapture the magic they once had, the stones did it and a couple others have done it but most don’t. Even ZZ Top lost some of the magic

Synergy is a beautiful thing but once you lose it’s near impossible to get back
