I previously owned an SV20H, 1987x, and an Origin.

I don’t own a Marshall at the moment but think I’m gonna pick up the DSL40CR since I just got the new Les Paul. I have an amazing Fender limited edition 65 Twin Reverb reissue but if you have a Les Paul. I feel you need a Marshall to go with it.

The best Marshall I ever owned was my DSL40c. But that is also the only Marshall I have ever owned. And I only had it for about 6 months. I just couldn't get a sound out of it that I loved. Everybody raved about them, I found it very "meh" to me. YMMV.

I have had 2 of dsl40c’s and I didn’t like either of them.

It sounds absolutely incredible. It is way more amp than I'll ever need, but I don't think I've ever had more fun playing guitar than when I plug into this amp.
Amazing! Are you using a Captor X/Ox Box? Attenuation?

EDIT : I see the power brake.

2019 Special with stock P90’s(my only guitar the last 3.5 years)
67 1987 Plexi(stock circuitwise except for a 2000k brightcap and a few tweaks)
68 straight cab(restored) with August 68 dated Pulsonic t1221 Greenbacks.

Straight in, no pedals, no patching, crank it up and get all the sounds from the guitars controls and playing dynamics. Best sounding most responsive amp I’ve played.
