What's on YOUR workbench right now?

Started this in 2018. Then COVID-19 happened along. Then I built a shop in my basement, and so on. Finally done. And the really last Gray Wolf Signature. The only Gray Wolf Custom. Custom wiring by Jestin Puett of SoulShaker Amplification. Master volume and tone. Five way rotary - neck...

Another one done. First of three LP Special inspired builds and second of four built completely in my basement and sprayed in my driveway. All Korina and an ebony board with Fralin P-90s and Grover Tuners.

What's on YOUR workbench right now?

I used the P-90 LP templates and then modified them somewhat for the wrap tailpiece. I set the pickups similar to a guitar with PAFs in that the neck pickup is spaced a binding‘s width away from the end of the board, and I eyeballed where the bridge pickup should be. What's on YOUR workbench right now?

Very close to done. Strings, a case, and a set up. 91.3 The Summit, WAPS Radio, will auction this off as part of their Fall Fundraiser later this year.

What's on YOUR workbench right now?

Waiting somewhat patiently for the lacquer to cure and taking care of small details. I like to give credit to the suppliers that make my guitars what they are. In this case, Lindy Fralin.

What's on YOUR workbench right now?

On the floor for a group shot; mahogany, mahogany, and korina. They’ll be clear, black cherry, and autumn maple with black backs. I find that if I build several at once, my ‘skills’ stay semi-sharp. Hard to get a file small enough to upload even though it’s a smartphone picture.

What's on YOUR workbench right now?

Yes. I usually mount them so they fit flush. The bridge will be right on the body.
