    Funny how strings can make a overall difference.

    I’ve been buying strings in bulk for over a decade now. I honestly can’t tell the difference between them and regular Slynkys or D’Addario, Dean Markley, et al.

    Thanks, I think so, too. I haven’t weighed it, but it hangs pretty light compared to my Tele, Revstar or MIJ Norlin LP copy.

    All you need is an interface. Lots of decent ones out there, for reasonable prices. I bought a like new Yamaha AG-03, and it works like a charm for $70.
