Every two or three weeks we have grilled shrimp. My wife marinades the shrimp in some sort of Vietnamese sauce she prepares, and I do the grilling.

About 4 years ago we bought an investment property in the "Back Cove" district of Portland for $192K on bank auction. We could sell it now for somewhere around $700K. That's absolutely insane! It's beyond my understand why anyone would pay that kind of money.
