I think that familiarity is the key. Whenever I try to troubleshoot my wife's iphone I end up frustrated and mad as it doesn't make sense the hoops I need to jump through to make it work. She'd probably say the same about my Pixel.

May have to give Tim's another chance as I never was a huge fan - the "double-double" crowd seems to like Tims but as a black coffee drinker it was always a last resort for me.
My go to (when I wasn't working from home) was a Starbucks Pike place - Black. No real complaints from me.
