    I've never had this issue, but my first guess would be to check your power options and make sure everything in there is set to prefer maximum performance over battery life. Maybe even just switching to the high performance power profile will do it.

    I'm using the LTSB edition. No stupid updates for me, just security updates. And as much of the telemetry as possible is off, since it's a business version and telemetry could mean security risks.
