Gibson '07 Les Paul Larry Corsa #78 For Sale

After looking for a Larry Corsa guitar for a couple of years, finding one last year, I'm (unfortunately) in a position to sell it now.

Excellent player, good looker. Complete Peter Green mods by CV Guitars, this is an '07 Standard Faded Honey with Gibson Custom Shop case (better quality than the plush white-lined original). Added RS aged nickel pickup covers (over double-white Manalishi's), locking Faber bridge, Earvana nut, engraved truss rod cover (Ltd Ed LCPG #78), Schaller strap locks. All hardware aged. Recent pro set up. All doc's, invoices, pick guard, orig truss rod cover, case candy, etc included.
Arthritis forces sale; looks like I'll be playing more fat-necked National-style from now on...
Looking for $2150, will cover delivery cost in Canada. Can personally deliver in the Calgary area.

I bought this guitar brand new in 2007 from a local authorized Gibson dealer. Only 400 of these were made. The price I paid was $2500 and still have the original receipt to prove it. The guitar has rarely been played and is basically brand new. There are no scratches on it of any kind. It has always been handled with care, stored in its case and stays in tune. It sounds amazing, I'm just falling on some hard times right now and could really use the money. Asking price is $2000 and I'll cover shipping costs.

Hello everyone,

I have for sale an 05 Epiphone Les Paul Custom in Alpine White. It is a M.I.K and has great playability. The gold hardware has been taken care of and is in excellent shape.

There are two issues with this guitar. There is a ding on the top of the headstock (didn't break the headstock or cause any damage) and one of the pots needs to be repaired (you can kinda jiggle the knob around). Everything else is in good shape.

The guitar is stock except for the SD Jazz pickup that was put into the bridge. I also still have the pickguard and I do have a Hard-Shell case that I purchased for about $60-70 a couple of years ago from L.A Music in Mississauga. This guitar rarely leaves my home and so the case is in exceptional condition. Literally one or two scuffs but no dents/rips etc.

I'm asking for $500 with the HSC and am open to other offers.

I should also note that I've never SOLD anything online and so I don't have any references. As a result I've decided to sell this locally (GTA region) in the hopes that whomever purchases it is able to be a future reference for me on these forums!

I don't have photos of the case because its currently in storage and if you'd like more pics...just ask!

I am selling it because I'm currently a student and I need the funds to get through the Winter semester. I currently have 3 guitars and am very thankful for that, but I do recognize that guitars are a luxury. So this is the first one that might have to go...

If this has trouble selling, I'll likely keep the guitar and try to find funds in a different manner or fix the pot at a music shop and try again.

Cream P-Rails and Black triple shot rings

These are great pickups. Look on the Duncan site for the details. The triple shot rings (black) allow you to use all possible combination without changing any pots or permanently modifying your LP in any way. They are in great shape and this is about $100 less than you'll get both the rings and pups delivered off ebay for now. I have ordered some new pickups so these have to go. $140 shipped CAN/US.

This is a guitar I have long admired from afar, having previously seen, heard and read of Mr Corsa's PG guitars on the various LP forums and of course on YouTube. This is the first time however, that I have been able to see and touch a real life LCPG guitar. Oddly enough and after all this time I found one only half an hour from where I live here in Alberta.

Your guitar was in great shape and had been kept up to date with all the latest of Mr Corsa's changes.

I can now claim to be the proud owner of both a Gibson Melvyn Franks/Peter Green replica and the Larry Corsa version of the same guitar.

This last day or two has been a real thrill as I dealt with Bluesdj - a fellow Peter Green fan, who I was meeting for the very first time, and which culminated in my acquisition of his LCPG #78 earlier today.

Thank you Mr Bluesdj for your patience and for making this a really pleasant experience, even though I was insistant on having what was still your guitar taken apart, so that I could examine and photograph all the relevant but important bits!
