ANY of them, but especially the middle one and the two to the left and the two on the right. That's the one I would want.

I'd rather any from the CME because figured Brazilian rosewood is extremely sweet looking. And yes they will darken up quite a bit but you can enjoy seeing the wood grain while that is happening.

I am not sure what all this talk about darkening up is.....I have had several braz board LPs from 2001-2003; let's see, how many years has that been? At least when I had them they were around 10 - 12 years old, and the boards looked like they did when they were new. There was no darkening.

You still have them? IDK, every madagasgar and indian rosewood FB I ever had darkened up some to almost black. Some more than others. With a cool figured Brazilian board I'd almost rather they didn't turn ebony black or didn't come black.

I’d go with the second one from the left. It’s dark and the light streaks are the most consistent. It will darken with age and play.

    Im digging the top too!

I go for extremes. Either pure black/ebony no variation or the the most figured interesting one with contrast. So not looking at all the comments, not passing go and going directly to the end.

I choose..... Middle one for fret board. and R5 top.

The middle board is cool, but honestly, I really dig the 2nd from the right. It looks more like ziricote and I would have loved to have that one for the M2M I did.

I can't really respond, because I really prefer ebony boards. Some of the ones we are getting now have some light/dark color variations, but all have very tight grain and density. And that's all that really matters to me. I mean, did you ever play a gig and have an audience member come up and comment that your fret board looked sh*tty? Bet you never did. For me to pick one of these boards, I would have to feel them all with my hands.
