You'll get no help here Dewey,.....except happy New CC Day
Lol, thanks mudface!
Here is the CC 24 mudface.
I Googled historic's anonymous and all I got was ads for more guitars.
That is spectacular,...and only 8.5 lbs,....originally when these were offered they sold quite rapidly.... I can't imagine that this will last very long....if you hadn't already grabbed this up
So for comparison sake here's the original That CC 24 isn't really even close.
I think the CC is a little better,..but really close with the flame. The color can very a bit just with different cameras. Though they matched the fade really well. As long as it has a better top then the original there's nothing wrong with that.
When I'm looking at tops I prefer them with proportionate flame. I don't like the weak spots. It's my OCD, lol.
If this is the CC24 that you're after, it seems pretty strong in the flame department if you ask me
Looks like you got this bad boy after thinking about a while,........2 weeks.............Excellent find Dewey,...you did good.
Right on mudface, thanks! I mentioned it before but I'll say it again. Because I bought it online and couldn't play t first I was worried it would be ordinary and because of the $$ involved tbh I was worried. Thankfully it's a very different guitar. I would even say my best.
I dug this old thread up just to see if anyone else has a CC to compare to the original?
I know that most do not,... but it is nice to see one that does.
