White with gold Standard SG, digging it, or no?

  1. Yes, build it!

  2. No, I just vomitted in my mouth.

image.jpeg image.jpeg Do it! Nothing like a really cool SG. I've loved them ever since I bought a Melody Maker bass in 1970. I still have it. The SG body just fits comfortably on the strap or on the lap sitting down.
The white with gold hardware is a great combo.

No other way to go on that, IMO. Gold and white always looks classy together.

I wouldn't do gold unless it had a Maestro.

Thanks everybody for your votes. I pulled the trigger on the body at least. I think will go with the gold too, just might take a while to get to it. Got three other builds in front of it.

Gotta have an ebony board though. At least stain the hell out of the rosewood.
