Just saved enough to nab a Katana 100 to run with the Mesa Stiletto, this threads giving me all kinds of pointers to try out before i pull the trigger, thanks! Really keen to grab a solid state for Headroom with cleans, use to have a Line 6 Spider IV and i miss it terribly, big bold clean tones
Marshall Lead 100 3210 MOSFET
Marshall Lead 12 5005
Peavey Audition 30
BOSS Katana Mini (100% analog)
Rockman X100 (if it counts)
How do you like the Katana mini ?
I like it for what it is. A small, super light-weight, battery operated amp. Use it for when I don't want to lug an amp around and look for a place to plug in. Sounds like a real amp, but not as amazing as a lot of YouTube vids make it with close mic'ing or direct out. But then again, it does sound good. Great response as well.
