Hi all. Been away for a while !
Just completed a new build - sort of.
This was a "rebuild" of the first standard that i built years ago. Was never really happy with it so stripped it and turned it into a custom. Here's the pics.

Gorgeous - I love me a white Custom!

Question - with respect (I mean that), what did you not like about it before? I have a couple of thoughts, but that's a darn nice flamed top to cover with an opaque finish and I'd like to hear your thoughts. Just curious... :)

I was thinking about going natural or burst with my white custom, so the opposite of what you did, but I'm not sure what my top looks like underneath.

I do like my custom a lot, but I just wonder...

69 Goldtop, what makes you have that reaction? I think it's a terrific piece of work.

It must be a more "comfortable" weight than an actual Custom. I like it!

    Incredible work! What a talent!
You do right not to show the headstock, depending on the name on it you could fool everyone in MLP about the authenticity.
